These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Northscape Pakistan Tours and Travels (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. By confirming a booking with us, clients agree to abide by the following terms:
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or website).
- A booking is considered valid only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Final confirmation will be sent once payment is received and services are reserved.
Payments
- An advance payment (usually 30–50% of total cost) is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or during the tour, as agreed.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, online transfer, or cash in Pakistan.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- Refunds (if any) depend on the timing of cancellation:
- 30+ days before tour: up to 80% refund (after service deductions).
- 15–29 days before tour: up to 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: no refund.
- Non-refundable services (e.g., flight tickets, hotel prepayments) will be deducted.
Changes to Itinerary
- Northscape Pakistan reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, flight delays, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, alternative arrangements will be provided without compromising the overall experience.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and travel insurance (where required).
- Clients must inform Northscape Pakistan of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements in advance.
- Travelers are expected to respect local culture, laws, and environment during tours.
Travel Insurance
- Northscape Pakistan strongly recommends that all clients, especially international travelers, purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
Liability
- Northscape Pakistan is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, delays, or expenses caused by natural disasters, accidents, weather, flight cancellations, political disturbances, or acts beyond our control.
- While we take all necessary precautions for safety and comfort, travel in remote mountain regions may involve risks.
Accommodation & Transport
- Hotel bookings are made in trusted partner hotels. In case of unavailability, similar standard alternatives will be provided.
- Vehicles are provided with professional drivers. Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability.
Force Majeure
- Northscape Pakistan is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, or political events.
Governing Law
- All bookings and disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with Northscape Pakistan Tours and Travels (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
